We are currently seeking to fill the part time position of Office Manager in our Prague office. Responsibilities
- Collaborative, friendly working environment and healthy company culture
- Provide daily administrative support to management staff
- Manage daily office operations: catering, vendor relationships, office supplies, Czech lessons
- Handle travel and business trips arrangements
- Administer petty cash, monthly bookkeeping reports and invoices
- Support in organization of internal corporate events
- Support orientation and onboarding of new staff members
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Help colleagues with their requests
Required Skills
- Experience in administrative duties (3+ years)
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
- Above average level of spoken English and Czech is a must and Ukrainian native will be ideal
- Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
- High level of accuracy, service-oriented
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (IT sector)
