We are currently seeking to fill the part time position of Office Manager in our Prague office. Responsibilities

  • Collaborative, friendly working environment and healthy company culture
  • Provide daily administrative support to management staff
  • Manage daily office operations: catering, vendor relationships, office supplies, Czech lessons
  • Handle travel and business trips arrangements
  • Administer petty cash, monthly bookkeeping reports and invoices
  • Support in organization of internal corporate events
  • Support orientation and onboarding of new staff members
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Help colleagues with their requests

Required Skills

  • Experience in administrative duties (3+ years)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & Excel
  • Above average level of spoken English and Czech is a must and Ukrainian native will be ideal
  • Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously
  • High level of accuracy, service-oriented
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment (IT sector)
  • Positive and flexible approach
