We seek a mature and organized QA Engineer to join our Ukrainian team. Your role will be to promote QA standards, improve testing processes and participate in the full testing lifecycle. We would love to hear from you if you have the necessary experience and a flexible, positive attitude!

Required skills:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in manual testing;
  • Strong knowledge of software testing practices;
  • Strong computer background and test design skills;
  • Experience in the development of QA project documentation;
  • Experience in working with databases, knowledge of SQL;
  • Experience of work with bug trackers (JIRA, etc.);
  • Experience of testing RESTful, SOAP services, and JSON format knowledge;
  • Knowledge of development lifecycle;
  • High analytical and communication skills;

As a plus:

  • Experience with Test Automation products;
  • Еxperience in automated software testing;
  • Experience in Linux;

Responsibilities:

  • Promoting QA standards and best practices across Agile teams
  • Seeks to improve test processes continuously;
  • Manual testing;
  • Preparation and support of test documentation;
  • Define planning, preparation, and execution procedures for software quality assurance according to industry standards while also developing and executing manual tests as well as automated tests using open-source tools;
  • Design, document, and execute test plans including functional tests, scenario tests, performance tests, integration tests, system tests, and end-to-end tests;
  • Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, and tracked;
  • Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities for the projects;
  • Conducting interviews and mentoring more junior members of the team;
  • Responsible for full test lifecycle.
