We are seeking a Project Director to lead a large-scale enterprise billing project in the energy sector in Ukraine, taking full ownership of delivery.

The project is business-critical, technically complex, and part of the digital transformation of the energy sector, supporting the development of green energy in Ukraine.

As Project Director, you will be fully responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project.

 

You will:

  • lead delivery from planning to production launch and stabilization;
  • work directly with the enterprise customer and executive stakeholders;
  • translate business and regulatory requirements into delivery plans;
  • manage teams, vendors, scope, timelines, budget, risks, and quality;
  • provide executive-level reporting and make delivery decisions.

This role is about ownership and results, not task tracking.

 

Required skills & experience:

  • 10+ years managing large IT projects;
  • Mandatory: аt least one enterprise project delivered end-to-end (from start to production and stabilization);
  • Experience with distributed, cross-functional teams;
  • Practical understanding of Agile in enterprise environments;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Mandatory: Ukrainian – native; English – Advanced;
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field;
  • Location: Kyiv (ability to meet the customer in person). 

It will be a great advantage:

  • Billing, energy, or utilities domain experience;
  • System integration background;
  • PMP or similar certification;
  • Technical or software development background.
