We’re looking for a developer who builds real AI features for a product – not experimental demos.

In this role, you’ll work with modern AI technologies (LLMs / language models) and turn them into stable, fast, and useful features for users.

Simply put: you don’t just write code – you build smart functionality: chat assistants, intelligent search, document understanding, workflow automation.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

• Build AI features powered by LLMs (chat, agents, smart search, classification, text processing)

• Make AI reliable in production (APIs, backend logic, queues, workers)

• Work with data & retrieval (search, embeddings, vector databases, RAG)

• Ensure AI quality (tests, metrics, evaluations, hallucination checks)

• Add safety & controls (validation, filters, security, PII / GDPR)

• Optimize performance & cost (latency, tokens, caching, efficiency)

 

What matters in this role:

We’re not looking for an “AI enthusiast,” but an engineer who:

• Builds production-grade solutions
• Thinks about stability & architecture
• Treats AI as part of a system, not magic
• Likes shipping real features.

 

Expected experience:

• 2+ years in commercial software development
• Experience building APIs / services
• Ideally some experience with LLM / AI features
• Solid backend understanding
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code

 

Nice to have:

• Experience with OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure OpenAI
• Vector databases / RAG experience
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Docker / cloud environments
• Performance optimization
• AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
