Qualification/skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment at international companies or recruitment agencies;
  • Result-oriented and responsible attitude with product recruitment mindset;
  • Clear knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies;
  • Strong networking skills, knowledge of how to build a great pool of connections
  • Good skills in candidates search and full cycle recruitment process;

Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle of IT positions recruitment (Developers, Customer Support Engineers and Administrative positions, etc);
  • Building relationships with candidates, keep in touch with potential candidates via differed communication channels (e-mail, Skype, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Sourcing passive candidates to achieve required staffing objectives at all locations using social media e.g. LinkedIn, networking, direct sourcing, etc;
  • Reporting on the recruitment process: preparation of regular reports on vacancies statuses for the clients;
  • Maintenance of candidate database, etc.

As a plus:

  • Knowledge of different recruiting methodologies;
  • Previous experience working with different ATS (we use PeopleForce).
