MaxBill team is looking for DevOps Engineer to join us in the Odessa office. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient development and deployment of infrastructure and practices. This position can be of interest to a candidate with DevOps experience and also for Java Developer or QA Automation Engineer or implementation engineers who’d like to shift to a DevOps role.

Responsibilities:

  • Build automated deployments through the use of configuration management technology;
  • Maintain version control system, build environments, continuous integration and deployment automated frameworks;
  • Manage and configure infrastructure;
  • Constantly work on improving the development and production deployment process within a team, according to company needs;
  • Work closely with the development team members to debug and answer questions related to deployment and infrastructure.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a DevOps specialist or integration lead;
  • Knowledge and interest in modern CI and CD tools;
  • System configuration automation by scripts and management tools;
  • Experience with Jenkins or similar CI tools
  • Experience in configuration management;
  • Experience with virtualization, dockers, Kubernetes, or similar technologies and frameworks;
  • Knowledge of Linux;
  • Communication and organizational skills;
  • Problem-solving skills;
  • Eager to learn and try new things;
  • Pre-Intermediate English.
