Scalable solution, competitive advantage in the market

CAIW with its brand Caiway have been working with LogNet for more than 6 years. Since the rollout in 2011 our customer base has grown from 100,000 to over 250,000 customers scaling on the same platform.
With MaxBill we were the 1st company in the Netherlands to introduce Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Loan management for Fiber equipment providing us with a significant market advantage.
The MaxBill solution is also enabling us to roll out automated online migrations of complete areas where FTTH is introduced.
From January till April 2015 a migration of 70,000 new customers was done with complete connection flow (delivery of new equipment, Network providers connection, Phones porting process etc). With this migration we became Netherlands 2nd network operator and pushing to continue this progress.

The solution currently covers the areas of Product Management, Customer Data, Ordering with Provisioning (TV + Internet + VoIP), Billing and Finance (Direct debit in SEPA, Debt collection) and Letters and notifications management.

CAIW were able to reduce our time-to-market from several weeks, to only one or two days or even hours. This provides us with a competitive advantage in the market.
