Upgrading city municipality services with a multi-tenant solution from MaxBill

Infostan is the leading provider of payment and collection services for municipalities in Serbia. The company was originally founded in 1977 in partnership with the City of Belgrade, and today serves the ten largest cities in Serbia with 630,000 users total.

Infostan is responsible for maintaining technical and IT infrastructure for its municipality customers for seamless payment processes. The range of services covered by the company includes more than 25 components, such as electricity, water, heating and waste removal. 

As the number of users, as well as services, kept growing, Infostan faced a necessity to upgrade its billing and invoicing system to maintain the desired level of service quality and delivery speed.
