During the last five weeks, we have held a survey on the topic of post-COVID innovation in the industry. To understand how gaming companies and B2B gaming providers are upgrading their business processes, we have reached out to prominent experts to gather first-hand insights from as many sectors as possible. We got a very good response rate, with 320 participants in total: 46.6% of them are connected to iGaming, 6% – to mobile applications, 19% are affiliates and vendors, 9.4% provide media services and others come from a wide variety of sub-sectors.
The main focus of this survey was AI and process automation. It was particularly valuable to learn about the role of these technologies in managing relationships with customers.
