Earlier this summer, Vladimir Poddubny, human relations professional and business coach, joined the MaxBill office in Ukraine to occupy the position of HR Director.

Featuring his huge experience in human resources strategy and a unique blend of knowledge of human behavior and company business processes, Mr. Poddubny will focus on improving and consolidating a high-performance company culture where every employee is empowered and motivated to achieve better results in a safe and profitable way. He is planning to apply the best industry practices to enhance MaxBill’s internal operations and establish a flexible workflow in the recruitment and HR department.

Vladimir’s strategy also implies the following activities to be carried out:

Vladimir also shares his excitement to be a part of MaxBill, “I am grateful for an opportunity to apply my skills and help one more company on its way to market supremacy. It is an interesting challenge,” he adds, “to work in an organization with such a reach history and where the management team is distributed among different locations.”
