MaxBill has deployed its product suite to enable TelZar 019 to efficiently provide its customers with both prepaid and postpaid telecommunication services. The MaxBill system provides TelZar 019 with real-time coverage of its entire billing and charging process, including intercarrier settlement, retail billing, calling card and voucher management, Radius-based convergent charging and invoicing. MaxBill also applies profile management policies on calls in real-time to control credit limits for postpaid customers in order to prevent bill shock and fraudulent usage. The solution from MaxBill also includes customer management and product catalogue features.
