LogNet Billing has received the has received the 2016 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award from TMCNet for its MaxBill Self-Care App.

The Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award recognizes outstanding contributions to the communications industry during the past year and honors exceptional products that improve voice, data and video communications services.

The MaxBill Self-Care App provides a framework for service providers to directly interact with and sell services to customers through their mobile devices. LogNet Billing’s self-care app enables customers to browse billing information, compare price plans, subscribe and pay for services, and update payment and personal details from their mobile devices. The MaxBill Self-Care App also allows service providers to send push notifications regarding new promotions, marketing campaigns or predefined usage alerts directly to customers’ mobile devices.
